Product may be exchanged within 60 days of purchase date. We do not charge an additional shipping fee for sending the new item to you for one exchange per order. You will be responsible for purchasing the return shipping label.

Our return portal offers you the option to purchase a USPS label directly through the portal.

Or you can purchase the label yourself.

• Item/s must be in original condition, with all tags remaining in place.
• Undergarments/diapers must be worn when trying on items.
• Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.

Once you have ensured that your return meets all conditions of our policy, please follow the easy steps via our returns portal.

Exchanges that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.

Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. If your return is accepted, the amount will be applied to the original method of payment. 

Note that refunds can take up to 7-10 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times between financial organizations.

If you are returning or exchanging a gift you received, please contact our Customer Service Department at info@castleware.com for return authorization. When your item is received we will issue you a store credit to castleware.com for the value of your item.
