Shipping and Handling

Shipping within the United States - We charge a low flat rate fee of $9.95 for all orders under $75.00. Orders are shipped via UPS ground and take between 1-3 days under normal conditions. 

$28.00 flat fee for all express shipments via UPS 2nd day air. Express shipments are guaranteed delivery in two business days to all addresses and orders that choose this service are fast tracked in the shipping queue. 

We reserve the right to choose shipping carrier for any Free Shipping promotions. Free shipping promotions cannot be applied to expedited or overnight services.

Express Shipping - orders place by 1pm PST with paid express shipping, will ship via UPS 2nd day to arrive in 2 business days.  You must choose UPS  2nd day shipping at checkout in order for us to correctly prioritize your order. Please note that free shipping discount promotions are not applicable.

Incorrect Shipping Information - If a package is returned to CastleWare Baby due to an incorrect shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the re-delivery cost. CastleWare Baby is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by a customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages - CastleWare Baby is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, CastleWare Baby will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

Shipping internationally - At this time we are not able to ship outside the USA.
